20 years is old. for a person less for a company. I still remember when I was 20 years old. My dream was at that time to work abroad. To see something of the world.

I was at that time studying in university besides my study I did like sports. In sports I was a regular sportsman competing at regional level looking up to the national champion. One day participating at the national championships maybe winning a medal, would be my goal. I trained hard asked the better athletes how much they trained. What they did how they did. I wanted to learn them. They were my benchmark. Two years later I participated the first time at the 50 km Championship won a bronze medal! I was very proud on myself. I reached my goal. I was invited to go with the national team abroad. To Denmark. far but for the first time in my life I went by plane. I was the happiest person in the world. The race was good. I finished second last, even though I improved my best time.
正在读大学的我很是喜畛厮动，其时我是一名很通俗的赛跑运发动，加入过一些区域角逐，我一直神往着能进入荷兰国家队。我给自己定下的目的就是有一天能够站在天下锦标赛的领奖台上。为了这个目的，我很是起劲地训练，向我视为模范的先进们讨教该怎样更好地强化训练。两年后，我第一次加入了荷兰全
国田径锦标赛50公里赛跑角逐，并获得了铜牌，实现了自己设定的目的，其时我感应很是自满。随后我受邀与荷兰国家队一起前往丹麦加入国际角逐，那是我第一次乘坐飞机出国，这一切的一切都让那时的我以为自己是天下上最幸福的人。不过我在丹麦取得的效果并不睬想，只管好于我小我私家最 佳效果，但最终名次照旧排在了倒数第二名。
But I got some international contact spoke to them. I made friends sent them handwritten letters. No email at those days. I was eager to learn abroad. My dream changed I was satisfied with a bronze medal. I set my goals higher. I was a pioneer had no coach. I knew the basics but needed to find the details to perfect my technique. Through a friend I was introduced to a Luxembourg coach who participated in 4 consecutive Olympic Games. He became my trainer motivated me. I learned him I trusted him. He always told me:" you must have a dream, this dream must be for 70% realistic. Breaking a national record, participating in World Championships Olympics is probably realistic. Chasing a dream that you cannot realize will motivate you." I worked hard 8 years later I realized my dreams.
虽然角逐效果不尽如人意，可是我因此熟悉了许多其他国家的朋侪，角逐竣事后我们通过书信坚持联络，那时还没有电子邮件，所有的信件都是我们亲手写的。随着一直地交流，视野的开拓，我越发迫切地想去外洋学习。我的梦想也爆发了转变，我已经不可知足于只取得一块铜牌，我为自己设定了更高的目的。其时我没有教练，只通过自学相识了基本的赛跑知识，我需要更系统、专业的学习来精进手艺。一位朋侪把我引荐给了卢森堡的教练，这位教练曾一连加入了四届奥运会。他成为了我的教练，我很是信任他，从他那里学到了许多工具。他在训练的历程中一直地激励我，并时常申饬我：“你必需有一个梦想，并且这个梦想要有70%实现的可能性。突破一项天下纪录，加入天下锦标赛、奥运会是有可能会实现的，而追寻一个不切现实的梦想是不会爆发激励效果的。”在他的指导下，我受苦训练，8年后，我的梦想得以实现。
At the same time I graduated university. It was time to go for the next dream. Seeing something of the world a job abroad. Helping people with what I had studied. I had some friends who worked abroad asked them about their experiences, their lives work. I was eager to learn, because quickly I understood that what I learned at school university was just basic knowhow. I was selective in applying for a job, but maybe because I was very motivated I quickly got a job was sent to Indonesia. I loved it was proud on myself again. I gained experience my goal was a next job in another country. My second dream was realized. After working in various other countries I came to China loved the challenges wanted to live here for much longer time. With De Heus Wellhope this came true. I was part of two fantastic companies, I never regretted how my career went. I was lucky have realized my dream. But as my father used to say:" Luck is flying, but you can catch it."
与此同时，我从学校结业了，也是时间追寻下一个梦想了，那就是多去天下其他地方看一看，在外洋找到一份事情，将所学用到实处。我与在外事情的朋侪们交流外洋事情和生涯的履历，我想要学习更多的知识，由于我
意识到学校所学的仅仅是基本的手艺。在求职历程中，我仔细挑选自己喜欢的职位，或许由于我非Ｆ鹁，很快找到了一份事情，公司把我派到印度尼西亚，我热爱这份事情并又一次为自己感应自满，由于我的另一个梦想实现了，在外洋拥有了一份事情。在差别的国家事情之后，我来到了中国，我喜欢这里的挑战，希望能在中国是情得更久一些。De Heus和必发365让我实现了这个愿望，我成为了这两家伟大企业中的一员。我从未对自己的职业生涯后悔悟，并且我很幸运，实现了自己的梦想。我的父亲曾说过：“运气是翱翔的，可是你可以去捉住它。”

Step by step we will realize our dream. We are able to catch the good luck. we all are motivated believe we can make this dream come true.
